Business Development/Service Associates must have a professional personal appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to meet the company’s production and quality standards. This position is directly responsible for creating appointments for our service drives. It requires the ability to compose a grammatically correct email and be able to communicate effectively via phone conversation. Associates in this department must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of the X-Time system is a plus. This position requires self motivation and the ability to stay on task with little or no supervision. This position may require evening shifts and weekend availability.
