A successful Service Manager is one who is career minded and can deliver an excellent customer experience to meet the high volume demands of dealership service department. The ideal candidate will have passion, drive, integrity, excellent leadership skills and a positive attitude. 

You must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, ability to meet the company’s production and quality standards with attention to detail. A minimum of two year Service Manager experience is required. Experience on managing a team of 25-30 employees is a must. You will be required to meet all dealership factory guidelines and protocols. Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
